Location: Wellness Clinic- 12360 E Burnside St, Portland, OR 97233 -- local travel to other clinics is required (with gas reimbursement)
Schedule: In-person, Mon- Fri, 8:00am- 5:00pm
Wage Range: $22.47 - $26.41, Non-Exempt, Hourly

Position Overview:
The Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Outreach Specialist serves as a trusted resource for community members seeking access to health coverage and related support services. This position assists eligible individuals and families with enrollment, renewals, and ongoing navigation of the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), Healthy Kids, and health insurance options available through the Federal Marketplace. The Outreach Specialist provides education, outreach, and individualized assistance to diverse populations, including Native American communities, individuals experiencing homelessness, veterans, youth, and other underserved populations.
This role requires frequent participation in community events, health fairs, outreach activities, and partner events throughout the year.
What you will do:
Travel expectations: This role requires regular travel throughout the Portland metropolitan area, including visits to multiple sites and participation in community outreach. A willingness and ability to drive between locations is essential. Gas will be reimbursed when traveling during the workday.
