Job Summary
We at James Chevrolet are looking for an experienced Oil Lube Technician to join our growing team. As an Oil Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, oil filter and lube services for customers and handling basic maintenance of customer vehicles. Compensation & Benefits
This position pays a salary of $18-21 per hour and pays weekly. In addition, you may be eligible to receive a comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits plan; 401(k) with matching funds; and paid holidays and vacations.

Responsibilities
• Perform oil, filter and lube-related services for customers
• Diagnose and recommend services as needed to customers
• Ensure accurate completion of any paperwork related to customer services
• Follow safety and environmental regulations
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment according to safety protocols
• Fill engine oil tanks with the right grade of oil
• Inspect parts and vehicles for any signs of damage or defect

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as an oil lube technician, or related experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of motor vehicle systems and operation
• Ability to drive/change oil quickly and efficiently
• Solid understanding of customer service principles
• Valid New York State Inspectors License
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
