Oil Technician

Job Title: Quick Lube Technician (Oil, Lube & Filter Specialist)

Pay: Starting at $15/hour + commission
Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Rotating shifts / flexible scheduling required/ some Saturdays
  
  

Responsibilities

Oil, Lube & Filter Services

• Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately
• Check and top off all vehicle fluids (coolant, brake fluid, windshield washer, etc.)
• Lubricate chassis components as required
• Reset maintenance lights and service indicators

Multi-Point Vehicle Inspections (MPVIs)

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections on every service
• Inspect tires, brakes, belts, hoses, batteries, filters, and fluid condition
• Document findings clearly and communicate recommendations to service advisors
• Identify upsell opportunities based on vehicle condition

General Maintenance Services

• Replace air filters and cabin filters
• Perform tire rotations and basic tire checks
• Replace wiper blades and light bulbs
• Assist with battery testing and replacement

Shop Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Work as part of a team to keep workflow moving efficiently
• Assist other technicians as needed

Requirements

• No experience required (automotive experience is a plus)
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license required
