Key Requirements:

Maintaining, lubricating and monitoring propulsion and mechanical systems in the engine rook or pump rooms.
Grease and oils the gears, bearings, shafts and moving motor parts.
Reads and records data from pressure gauges, thermometers, and fluid levels to prevent mechanical failures.
Assists marine engineers with overhauls, repairs, and daily servicing of engine room machinery
Cleans machinery spaces, wipes down equipment, and maintains engine logs.
