OK4WD is seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Customer Support Specialist who can provide essential support to our ecommerce team and enhance our customer satisfaction as we continue to grow. We are one of the leading offroad and overland ecommerce retailers in the nation based in Stewartsville, NJ.As an Ecommerce Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers-online, over the phone, and via email. You'll play a key role in providing support, answering questions, and guiding customers through their online purchase experience. While previous customer support experience is a bonus, it's not required.
