COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $23.00/hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM with occasional Saturdays during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
• W2 | Temporary Contract
• Multiple start dates available
ROLE IMPACT
As a Licensed Medicare Sales Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for Medicare beneficiaries by educating them on available coverage options and guiding them through the enrollment process. Success in this role comes from delivering a compliant, customer-focused experience while consistently achieving sales and quality goals in a fast-paced remote call center environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist Medicare-eligible individuals by comparing Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) options.
• Conduct compliant inbound and outbound sales conversations while adhering to CMS regulations and company guidelines.
• Guide members through the enrollment process with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
• Document customer interactions and enrollment activities within CRM and enrollment platforms.
• Meet established sales, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be an Oklahoma resident and hold an active Oklahoma Resident Health Insurance Producer License. Non-resident Oklahoma licenses will not qualify.
• Active National Producer Number (NPN) in good standing required.
• Minimum one (1) year of recent Medicare sales experience in a call center or telesales environment.
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Salesforce or comparable CRM platform
• Medicare enrollment and quoting platforms
• CMS compliance and quality monitoring systems
• Microsoft Office Suite
PREFERRED SKILLS
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), and Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) guidelines.
• Excellent consultative sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems in a high-volume remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to compliance and documentation accuracy.
