The Olympic Performance Dietitian reports to the Director of Olympic Sports Performance Nutrition. Primary responsibilities include managing nutritional needs and nutritional programming for the student-athletes for Men's and Women's Basketball, Volleyball, and Softball. Counsel athletes on all aspects of performance nutrition, evaluate lab values, develop menus, work with strength & conditioning program to maximize performance by student-athletes, perform some administrative duties as assigned.
