Overview of the Role:

As an Omni-Channel Communications Officer, you will manage communication strategies across multiple channels, ensuring a consistent and seamless customer experience. You will coordinate messaging across display, programmatic, direct, social, web, email, mobile, and search channels while using data and analytics to improve audience engagement and campaign performance.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute integrated communication strategies across multiple channels.
• Coordinate messaging across all customer touchpoints, including display, programmatic, and direct channels.
• Manage the delivery of targeted marketing messages to different audience segments.
• Develop channel-specific content and engagement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize communication campaigns using analytics tools.
• Use customer feedback, data insights, and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Report on communication effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent and integrated messaging across campaigns.

What you'll bring:

• Experience with audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
• Strong communication, analytical, and planning skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and deliver integrated campaigns.
• A data-driven, customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
