Overview The Omni Operations Analyst supports the Omni Order Management team by providing end‑to‑end analytical coverage of Foot Locker's omnichannel operations. This role focuses on identifying performance trends across the order lifecycle, conducting root cause analysis, and delivering data‑driven insights that improve operational efficiency, order quality and the customer experience. Working across fulfillment, store‑based execution, post purchase and returns, the Analyst partners closely with cross‑functional teams including Supply Chain, Store Operations, Digital, IT, Finance and Customer Experience to identify issues, inform decisions and support continuous improvement initiatives across the network. Responsibilities •Analyze omnichannel operational performance across the full order lifecycle, from order placement through fulfillment, delivery, post-purchase experience and returns. •Monitor core omnichannel KPIs to identify trends, variances, risks and opportunities for improvement across digital and store-enabled order flows. •Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on operational issues impacting speed, accuracy, cost and customer experience; translate findings into actionable recommendations. •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Supply Chain, Store Operations, Merchandising, Digital, IT, Finance, Customer Experience) to investigate issues, support initiatives and drive resolution of systemic operational challenges. •Support technology and process improvement initiatives by translating business needs into data-backed requirements, performance metrics and success measurements. •Contribute to peak planning, capacity analysis, scenario modeling and performance risk assessments to support seasonal and promotional demand. •Assist in the preparation of executive-level business reviews, readouts and decision support materials. •Support vendor and partner performance analysis where applicable, using data to inform conversations and improvement opportunities. Qualifications •2+ years of experience in fulfillment analytics, supply chain operations or omnichannel retail. •Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). •Experience with order management systems or WMS platforms preferred. •Ability to synthesize complex data and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. •Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Business or a related field required. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
