OMS Architect

Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and design of OMS solutions to support complex omnichannel business requirements

Drive solution assessments architecture alignment and fit-gap analysis with enterprise architecture standards

Own high-level and low-level design artifacts and lead technical design reviews across OMS modules

Provide technical leadership during OMS implementation customization integration testing UAT and production rollout phases

Guide development teams on OMS best practices coding standards and performance optimization

Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business and operational goals

Support OMS upgrades roadmap planning and production support activities including issue triage and root-cause analysis

Coordinate with product vendors for defect resolution and enhancement planning aligned to release schedules
