Summary

Entravision Communications Corporation (NYSE: EVC), a leading Hispanic multimedia company, is seeking a creative and experienced On-Air Personality to host the REYNA 103.1 FM Morning Show in Los Angeles. The position is responsible for developing and delivering engaging on-air content, maintaining FCC and station compliance, producing client commercials and voiceovers, conducting interviews, creating digital and social content, and representing the station at community and promotional events.

More than 50% of the position involves work requiring invention, imagination, originality, or talent in a recognized field of artistic or creative endeavor. The position regularly requires discretion and independent judgment in performing its duties.

Essential Functions

• Host the REYNA 103.1 FM Morning Show, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m., and develop creative, entertaining, and audience-focused content.
• Develop and deliver compelling topics, discussions, segments, and interviews while maintaining compliance with FCC regulations and station policies.
• Operate the studio board and follow the on-air clock, including stop sets, announcements, sponsorships, name mentions, and other scheduled programming elements.
• Produce and edit client commercials, voiceovers, promotional materials, and other creative audio content.
• Conduct high-quality interviews with guests, talent, clients, and community personalities.
• Create original social media and digital content that supports the REYNA brand and audience engagement.
• Participate in live video, digital content, station promotions, community appearances, remotes, and special events as assigned.
• Participate in additional programming, network content, sports-related programming, and other Entravision initiatives as assigned.
• Maintain studio equipment, perform air checks, answer the station hotline, and monitor transmitter readings and required logs in accordance with FCC policies and station procedures.
• Represent REYNA 103.1 FM and Entravision professionally when interacting with listeners, clients, community partners, and the public.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience as an On-Air Personality, preferably with a demonstrated ratings track record.
• Strong on-air presence, communication, interviewing, and content-development skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced broadcast environment.
• Creative, organized, enthusiastic, and dependable.
• Ability to read and follow commercial, music, and programming logs accurately.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus.
• Basic computer and digital media skills.
• Experience with social media, live video, remote broadcasts, community events, and promotional content.
• Knowledge of radio broadcast operations and studio equipment.
