Curtis Media Group is looking for a full-time magnetic on-air personality who genuinely loves people and knows how to connect—especially with adults 35–49. You bring energy, warmth, and curiosity to everything you do, and your audience feels it. You share what inspires you on social media because it’s who you are, not just what you do. Music moves you. Storytelling is your superpower. And in a world full of noise, you know how to make people truly listen.

You might be our person if you:

1. Connect naturally with adults 35–49 living, working, and playing in The Triangle
2. Have an authentic, engaging social media presence driven by real passion
3. Love music and understand its place in people’s everyday lives
4. Can spark conversation and hold attention both on-air and online
5. Thrive on inspiring people—not just entertaining them
6. Naturally gravitate to connecting with the community on the street and at area events

Bonus points if you have:

1. Broadcast programming experience
2. A background in music
3. Have a desire to advance within the company
