The On-Call Server/Catering Staff supports banquets, tournaments, and special events at the golf course. This role provides flexible, event based service to ensure smooth and enjoyable guest experiences. This is a part time, non-benefits eligible, hourly position. This position has a base wage of $16.84 per hour. Position is typically active April through October. There is no guaranteed minimum for hours scheduled. Schedule is based on business demands.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, including table settings, buffet prep, and service stations.
- Provide attentive food and beverage service during catered events.
- Clear dishes, refresh service areas, and maintain event cleanliness.
- Break down event spaces following established procedures.
- Collaborate with event leads, kitchen staff, and other servers.
- Follow event timelines and directions to keep service running smoothly.
- Maintain professionalism with guests and event organizers.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
