Responsibilities (will vary by client):
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Transportation
- Companionship
- Personal care (bathing, toileting)
- Follow a plan of care
- Communicate professionally with families and your team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Applicants must be willing to complete all necessary requirements for employment
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Clean driving record
- PCA Certificate or CNA License
- Pass a Mandatory Background check without barrier crimes
- Access to email and a mobile smart device
- Reliable transportation
Our Caregivers must exhibit the following characteristics:
- Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
- Is compassionate and cares about the dignity of each client
- Communicates well with family members and office administration
- Possesses patience and understanding
- Has good listening skills
- Possesses ability to be empathetic
On CallSchedule:
- Full-time (40 hrs/wk)
- Must be available 24 hours, 6 days a week
- Must be available on weekends
