Position Summary:

Join our team in a flexible, self-scheduled PRN role where you can pick up shifts that fit your availability while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. This position is ideal for licensed nurses and caregivers seeking work-life balance, supplemental income, or the opportunity to stay engaged in patient care without a fixed schedule. You'll be part of a supportive, team-driven environment focused on delivering exceptional service and personalized care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality, resident-centered care in alignment with individualized care plans
• Support daily living activities including mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and comfort (CNA/MA roles)
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and scope of practice (RN/LPN/MA roles)
• Monitor, document, and communicate changes in resident condition to the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents and team members

What We're Looking For:

• Active Nebraska license or certification applicable to role (RN, LPN, CNA, or Medication Aide)
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
