We are looking for a remote on-call staffing coordinator to join our caring, compassionate team. The on-call staffing coordinator is primarily responsible for taking calls from our agency staff and clients during non-business hours, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can build and maintain strong relationships with both agency staff and clients.
Responsibilities
Handle callouts and urgent staffing needs with efficiency.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with agency staff, clients and internal office team.
Requirements
Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must have a working knowledge of computers and be able to learn how to use programs such as UKG and Inovalon Scheduling Software.
Must be detail oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must maintain confidentiality of all information.
Must be able to multi-task, problem solve and communicate effectively with staff and facilities.
Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
Must be able to handle frequent interruptions.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, family members, facility staff, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
Must be dedicated to helping facilities obtain consistent staff to fill in vacancy positions.
