We are hiring for weekend on-call coverage (Saturday & Sunday, 7a–7p) with guaranteed pay when not called in! To build out your ideal weekly income, additional caregiving shifts during the week are also available and integrated directly into your schedule.
What You Will Do:
The On- Call Caregiver is a dynamic, high impact role designed for an experienced caregiving professional. You will serve as the primary caregiver to substitute on short notice, initiate care for new clients, and mentor fellow caregivers through hands-on training. Because you will be in constant contact with caregivers, prospective clients, families, and internal team members, you must embody professionalism in your knowledge, actions, communication, and appearance.
This high-impact role is strategically crafted to accelerate your professional growth, offering a unique opportunity to master leadership, care coordination, and hands-on skills. You will gain invaluable exposure to field operations, quality assurance protocols, and client onboarding - the foundational expertise required for future advancement into key internal positions such as Care Specialist, On-Call Manager, or Client Care Manager.

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Delivering exceptional care to the dedicated client in their home
- Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
- Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)
- Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional support
- Assist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
- Keep order, safety and client enjoyment top of mind at all times
- Clear and articulate comunication to the office team
- Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed
- Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability or behavior
Qualifications:
Required Skills, Education and Certifications:
- Prevoius On-Call experince preferred
- Previous experience in Caregiving
- Alzheimer's or Dementia experience
- Mobility assistance experience using hoyer, gait belt, etc.
- Adaptability, empathy, compassion, and kindness is a MUST
- Ability to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situations
- Must be reliable, dependable, and on time
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Can pass a background check and provide references
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, current car insurance, and 19 years or older
