Be the next FACE of MRA!
Friendly. Accountable. Centered on Members. Engaged.
That's the FACE Culture - and what we live and breathe here at MRA.
MRA-The Management Association is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our HR Services team. This On Demand, hybrid role works directly with our member companies--on-site at locations in Golden Valley, Minnesota --providing hands-on HR expertise that drives real business results.
Because this is an on-demand role, your workload will shift based on active member assignments. The ability to pick up new projects quickly, manage several at once, and pivot when priorities change is essential. Please note: This is an on-demand role with no guaranteed hours. Assignments are project-based and vary in scope and duration -- making it an ideal fit for an experienced HR consultant who values flexibility over a predictable schedule.
As an HR consultant, you'll partner with organizations across multiple industries, serving as a trusted advisor on both strategic and day-to-day HR challenges. Think Jill or Jack of all HR Trades: one day you're tackling employee relations and open enrollment, the next you're advising leaders, improving processes, or jumping in solve compliance quandaries. If you're the HR professional others turn to for the tough stuff--and you thrive on variety, autonomy, and impact--you'll feel right at home here.
Every day is different. Every member company is unique. And your work directly helps businesses build stronger, more effective workplaces.
