MAU is hiring a Temporary Account Manager in Albion, IN. As a Temporary Account Manager, you will manage customer staffing needs by recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and supporting employees while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient workforce operations for a key client account. This is a temporary, full-time position (approximately 16 weeks).

Required Education and Experience

  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience

  • Lean Green Belt certification

Essential Functions

  • Recruit, screen, interview, and hire associates to meet client staffing requirements
  • Maintain an active candidate pipeline through recruiting strategies, job advertising, and sourcing initiatives
  • Process customer work orders accurately and efficiently
  • Review work orders regularly and communicate with customers regarding staffing needs
  • Perform weekly payroll with a high level of accuracy
  • Administer company policies and procedures
  • Conduct new hire orientations and update orientation materials as needed
  • Coordinate client-required assessments
  • Establish pay and bill rates with management approval
  • Process merit, tenure, and incentive pay increases
  • Submit billing source documentation for customer accounts
  • Resolve customer invoice payment issues
  • Manage workers compensation cases, including accident investigations and return-to-work coordination
  • Attend unemployment and workers compensation hearings as needed
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular client visits
  • Maintain candidate pools to ensure workforce readiness and meet customer staffing demands
  • Communicate effectively with MAU leadership and client management regarding service needs

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Professional office environment with frequent computer, phone, and office equipment use
  • Occasional work at customer locations, including office, manufacturing, industrial, and GMP clean room environments
  • Exposure to manufacturing equipment and industrial vehicles may occur

Physical Requirements

  • Lift 5-20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Stand or walk for up to 4 hours
  • Sit for up to 4 hours
