Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon goals for each Service Contract.
- Coordinate all Service Contract activities—including order entry, tracking, scheduling, and communication—ensuring accurate, timely updates.
- Develop and maintain sales tools such as surveys, reference lists, presentations, proposals, and technical guidelines.
- Maintain necessary data and provide reports as requested by the Manager of Business Development.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage assigned responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
- Safeguard all corporate assets within area of responsibility.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
- At least year of experience in an engineering role (maintenance engineer, reliability engineer, application engineer)
- Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and customer‑focused.
- Solid systems knowledge and analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to visit customers weekly and work closely with customers.
- Proficiency with PC systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Access experience is a plus.
- Rotating equipment experience is preferred.
