Rise Association Management Group is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused On-Site Assistant General Manager to support the operations at an active master-planned community in Pearland, Texas.
This role serves as a key member of the onsite management team and works closely with the General Manager to support residents, Board members, community events, vendors, and daily operations. The Assistant General Manager plays an important role in maintaining resident satisfaction, coordinating community activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and enjoys working directly with residents in a community-focused environment. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys event coordination, resident engagement, and community management and is looking to grow within the community association industry.
Tuesday through Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
One Saturday per month will be off when the General Manager covers weekend office hours.
This position is responsible for supporting and overseeing weekend community events and activities. Event hours are compensated at an additional rate.
Occasional evening Board meetings and community events may be required.
