Procure Personnel is seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual On-Site Supervisor to support daily staffing operations at a leading manufacturing facility in Freeland, PA:
$18.00 Per Hour.
Day Shift Schedule.
Full-Time Opportunity.
Bilingual English/Spanish Required.
Leadership & Growth Opportunity.
What You'll Do:
Track employee attendance and work hours.
Conduct new hire orientations.
Communicate with employees and management daily.
Adjust schedules to meet production needs.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Serve as the liaison between employees and client management.
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual in English & Spanish (Required).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Administrative or supervisory experience.
Manufacturing experience is a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
