On‑Site Construction Supervisor (Superintendent)

Your mission

Lead the field with a safety‑first mindset, coordinate every trade touchpoint, and communicate clearly with project managers, subcontractors, and clients so that milestones are met and quality never slips.

How you’ll make an impact

• Plan and direct on‑site work each day, aligning subcontractors and crews.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee schedules and costs, keeping milestones on track.
• Conduct frequent site inspections to verify progress and workmanship.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time, removing roadblocks quickly.
• Keep impeccable documentation: daily reports, logs, and photos.
• Develop talent on site through coaching and mentorship.

What you bring to the site

• Experience as a Site Superintendent or similar construction field leader
• Deep familiarity with construction methods, safety practices, and building codes
• Effective leadership and communication that energize teams
• Fluency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Strong judgment and problem‑solving under deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in construction management (or related) preferred
• OSHA and First Aid credentials are advantageous
• Exposure to data center projects is a plus

Essential proficiencies

• Supervisory experience
• OSHA 10‑Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
• Vendor and supplier management
