As a Lead Service Technician with Sequoia, your hands on work will be essential to the operation of a multi-million dollar property.
You’re an expert at home remodel and repair. You can rewire electrical switches, know the parts of an HVAC system, and repair appliances. You love troubleshooting and fixing things. When you must call on help for a complex job, you make sure the contractor gets the job done right the first time.
You love to make people’s day and service with a smile is never optional.

Qualifications:Must-haves:
Positive attitude
Organizational skills
Efficiency
Sense of humor
Extensive knowledge of home maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and painting
On-call availability
Great-to-haves:
Experience as a general contractor, journeyman, electrician, HVAC technician, or other skilled trade professional
Knowledge of property management and maintenance operations software such as Yardi
Maintenance certifications such as EPA or CPO (if you don’t have it, we’ll help you get it)
Renovation or construction experience
The compensation range for this role is $18 - $25 / hour plus fully compensated housing and quarterly bonuses.
