On-Site Program Specialist

Allegiance Staffing is seeking an On-Site Program Specialist for a client located in West Point, Georgia. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and interface daily with one of the premier companies operating in West Point. On-Site Program Specialist Responsibilities:

• Act as Allegiance Staffing liaison at the client's location with Human Resources and Production
• Manage and support all assigned employees at the client's location
• Conduct orientation for all assigned employees
• Maintain all electronic records in the payroll and time clock system, as well as the applicant tracking system
• Verify weekly time sheets and payroll for accuracy
• Communicate staffing needs to recruiters and branch managers
• Follow up with all assigned employees regarding attendance and absences
• Conduct pre-employment and post-accident drug screens
• Report and follow up on all accidents and injuries, and conduct site safety evaluations with the client and Allegiance Staffing safety managers
• Produce all necessary reports from the various software applications and provide the required reports to the client and Allegiance Staffing
• Assist recruiters in interviewing and processing candidates

On-Site Supervisor Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license required
• 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Previous experience working in a similar role is preferred
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Previous experience with payroll software and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with all levels of an organization
• A self-starter with a proven track record of success and good time management skills
• Ability to work extended hours, which may include nights and weekends
