Job Description
We are hiring an On-Site Recruiter for a global logistics company.Job Duties:
- Responsible for managing the full recruitment process and providing on-support to our client.
- Ensures all staffing needs are met efficiently, while maintaining strong relationships with both the client and employees.
- Combines recruiting onboarding, employee relations and administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations at the site.
- Source, screen and interview candidates for client job openings.
- Coordinate, onboard and provide orientation for site-specific training for new hires.
- Maintain daily communication with client supervisors and management to address staffing needs and performance.
- Conduct employee check-ins, manage attendance and resolve workplaces issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate employee and client records in the company database.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance and adherence to client policies.
- Assist with scheduling, payroll submissions and timesheet collection as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures and employment regulations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the staffing office.
Pay Rate:
- Starting between $22.00/HR and $24.00/HR.
Shift:
- Morning Shift.
- Hours between 7:00am and 6:00pm.
Work Environment:
- Primarily on-site at client facility.
- Regular interaction with production employees, supervisors and office personnel.
- Some after-hours availability may be required for shift coverage.
