This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role responsible for enforcing OSHA compliance, client-specific safety standards, and internal safety protocols across remote project sites.The ideal candidate is confident in managing field safety in fast-paced heavy civil environments and takes full ownership of building a culture where safety, accountability, and operational efficiency work together.
