Summary:
- This role will require setting up conference rooms for meetings, sometimes around 5 different set-ups per day.
- Other tasks will include delivering packages if needed, walking around the building to ensure everything appears as it should, and providing customer support.
- The managers are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, and mail skills are a plus but not required.
- Candidates should also be able to handle the physical needs of moving chairs and tables. The candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires high school diploma, GED and 1 2 years of experience or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Some related copy job experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good PC skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Mathematical and filing skills
- Ability to use office machines and technical equipment
