On-Site Service Specialist

Pay: $17.02–$18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Monroe, NC

Position Summary

We're seeking a reliable Print Production Associate to join a busy print shop supporting a manufacturing facility. This role involves operating high-volume print equipment, completing print jobs, scanning documents, and performing data entry. Training is provided, so previous print production experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Print manuals, pamphlets, booklets, and other materials using high-volume Ricoh printers
• Package and deliver completed print jobs throughout the manufacturing facility
• Scan documents and perform data entry as needed
• Maintain quality and accuracy while managing multiple print jobs
• Keep the print shop organized and support daily production needs
• Provide excellent customer service to internal departments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of related work experience, or equivalent experience
• Previous print production or copy center experience preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Basic math and filing skills
• Comfortable operating office equipment and technical machinery
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (cases of paper)
