Location: Playa Vista, CA
Pay Rate: $20.00 $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Duration: 2-month contract

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-service-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily package handling and workplace operations. This position involves receiving, tracking, organizing, and distributing packages while providing professional service to employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, process, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing packages.

• Use a mobile phone and laptop-based tracking system to maintain accurate shipment records.

• Lift, move, and organize boxes throughout the workday.

• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and filing records.

• Assist customers and employees with package-related questions and requests.

• Prioritize daily assignments and maintain an organized work area.

• Operate standard office and shipping equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1 2 years of shipping, receiving, mailroom, warehouse, copy center, or related experience preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Basic computer skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Comfortable performing frequent lifting and package handling throughout the day.

• Ability to use standard office machines and technical equipment.

Dress Code: Jeans, polo shirt, and appropriate Nike footwear.
