What your future day will look like:
Designing, developing, and coding in-house business software solutions, including payroll and CMS platforms, from initial concept through full deployment.
Writing, reviewing, and optimizing code daily to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing software systems.
Integrating AI-driven features into applicant and employee onboarding systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
Collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to align software development priorities with overall business goals and operational needs.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
Minimum of 5-7 years experience in full stack software development
Experience working with ATS, payroll, and HRIS systems
