We are seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) On-site Staffing Specialist to join our new Idaho Falls location.

What You'll Be Doing:

This is not just a recruiting desk job. As an On-site Staffing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in connecting qualified job seekers with our clients' open positions. Your day-to-day will include:

• Recruiting Top Talent: You'll actively source, interview, and place candidates in jobs that match their skills and goals.
• Support Clients: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure Employee Satisfaction: Stay connected with your placements and make sure they are thriving on the job.

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who can stay focused and driven. While experience in the Staffing Industry is a plus, it is not required. We value organized, self-starting individuals with excellent communication skills who pride themselves on being the best at what they do.

Compensation:

Starting Total Yearly Compensation: $55,000 - $61,000 (First Year), depending on experience and drive.

• First Year Base Pay: $48,000 - $50,000 per year
• First Year Commission: $4,000 - $6,000 per year
• Yearly Bonus: $3,000 - $5,000 per year
