OSS Driver, Commercial (On-Site Support Driver)
- Top-tier hourly pay with real upside. Earn $55/hour (12-hour shifts), averaging $10,560/month or $137,280 annually.*
- Be on the front line of autonomy. Work directly with AI-powered, self-driving trucks, supporting live commercial operations and helping bring next-generation technology into the real world.
- Local routes, mission-critical work. Operate 100% local in the San Francisco, CA area, while ensuring fleet uptime, safety, and performance in active customer environments.
- Hands-on role in advanced operations. Respond to live dispatches, support autonomous truck recovery, staging, and repositioning, and operate CMVs and support assets in high-impact scenarios.
- Work with elite teams solving real problems. Collaborate with engineers, operators, and field teams to continuously improve safety, efficiency, and system performance.

Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 3+ years verifiable CDL-A driving experience
- Must have, or be willing to obtain, doubles and triples endorsements
- Must pass a background check, drug screening, MVR review, DOT physical, and road test
- Comfortable using basic computer systems; training will be provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
