Hospitality Associate
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay Rate: $18.00 $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (flexibility required)

Position Summary
Our client is seeking a professional, customer-focused Hospitality Associate to support daily hospitality services within a prestigious law firm. This role is ideal for candidates with prior food service or hospitality experience who enjoy working in a polished corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and events.
- Coordinate catering and provide food and beverage service.
- Support firm meetings, receptions, and special events.
- Maintain hospitality areas and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including email communication and Excel updates.
- Assist with lifting, moving, and organizing supplies (up to 50 lbs.).
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience required (restaurant, banquet, catering, conference services, or similar).
- Hospitality or culinary education is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional email etiquette and fluent English.
- Basic Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Schedule Expectations
While the regular schedule is 9:00 AM 6:00 PM, candidates must be flexible to:
- Occasionally work until 8:00 9:00 PM for firm events.
- Work occasional evening and weekend events as needed.
