Position: On-Site Working Supervisor

Pay: $17.50 per hour
Location:2910 N. 44^th Street, Suite 100, Phoenix, AZ 85018

Type: Part Time – 4:30pm – 9:30pmpm – Monday– Friday

Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Required (IVP, Level 1)

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-orientedon-site working Supervisor to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of Juvenile Services facilities. Key Responsibilities:

·           Must be available Wednesday and Friday to support off-site location:

•           Tessenderlo Lab – 2248 W. Lower Buckey Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85009

•           Must have valid DL to drive company vehicle.

·           You must meet with the customer daily upon arrival at the facility.

·           Must be able to strip and wax floors as well as carpet care.

·           Ability to establish, direct, and schedule a well-trained janitorial team.

·           Establish and maintain the highest level of cleaning services through coaching, comprehensive inspection, and accountability. 

·           Ensure assignments are appropriately staffed and employees have adequate supplies and equipment for completion of assignments.

·           Provides monthly inventory and places orders of cleaning supplies.

·           Responds to customers’ request in the allotted time.

·           Ensure the contractual requirements are met on a nightly basis.

·           Complete checklist nightly and turn in every Friday.

·           Fill in as needed during employee absence.

·           Report maintenance or safety concerns to the facilities team.

·           Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

·           As directed by OMEX Management

Qualifications:

·       Must have knowledge of and experience in auto scrubbers, low speed buffers, high speed buffers, vacuums, sweepers, carpet extractors, and Kaivac.

·       Ability to train all employees on how to perform daily janitorial tasks and various floor work.

·       Must be dependable, have a professional appearance, pay attention to detail, and possess organizational skills. 

·       Communicate in English verbally and in writing.

·       Positive, friendly, and warm customer service attitude

·       Professional and cordial management style with customers and fellow employees

·       Valid Driver's License and clean driving history last 3 years.

·       Strong attention to detail and reliability.

·       Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

·       Janitorial Lead and or Supervisory of 5 or more employees: 3 years (Required) 

·       Carpet maintenance and flooring services: 1 year (Required)

·       Janitorial Operations: 1 year (Preferred)

·       Must be 21 years or older.
