Qualifications
Prior experience in problem resolution and or customer service.
Demonstrates proficiency with computer generated report development and processing for major functional areas. Proficient with computer applications, preferably Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Must be able to manage multiple priorities, simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good Math aptitude.
Experience with HRIS Systems.
Definitions
The Human Resource Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day Human Resources support. with the Human Resources department, delivering excellent customer service, and serving as a trusted resource for employees, applicants, and guests. The position performs a variety of functions: processing new hires, record maintenance of employees, assisting with onboarders, applicants, guest, and backup for the front desk. Assists with coordinator of special events. Ensures compliance with state, federal and regulatory agencies and confidentiality for areas of responsibility.
