We are seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to support HR Talent Management Operations by delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. This role will coordinate onboarding activities, process employment documentation, manage I-9 compliance, maintain employee records in SuccessFactors, and provide operational support across HR programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and eager to grow within HR Operations.
<.>Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires.
- Process and manage I-9 employment verification, including reverifications, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding data in SuccessFactors.
- Track onboarding workflows and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
- Provide exceptional support to employees, hiring managers, and HR partners throughout the onboarding process.
- Assist with HR operations, process documentation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Generate and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, and basic data analysis).
- Support talent management programs and HR operational projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI-enabled tools.
- Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
<.>Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of U.S. onboarding experience.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors.
- Experience processing I-9 forms and reverifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, sorting, and basic reporting).
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling confidential HR information.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience supporting HR Operations or Talent Management.
- Knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
