This person is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable coordinating across HR, IT, and hiring managers to help ensure every new hire feels supported from the moment they accept their offer. They excel at managing multiple onboarding cycles, maintaining accurate documentation, and continuously improving processes to deliver a consistent, high quality onboarding journey. \nKey Responsibilities
\n• New‑Hire Coordination — Manage all pre‑boarding tasks including paperwork, background checks, system access, and equipment requests.
\n• Client Transition – in partnership with Wells Fargo, transition Financial Advisor books of business
\n• Orientation Facilitation — Lead engaging orientation sessions that introduce company culture, policies, and expectations.
\n• Cross‑Department Collaboration — Work closely with HR, IT, and hiring managers to help ensure seamless onboarding workflows.
\n• Documentation & Compliance — Maintain accurate onboarding records, help ensure compliance with company policies, and update onboarding materials as needed.
\n• Employee Experience — Monitor new‑hire feedback, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to strengthen the onboarding journey.
\n• Process Improvement — Evaluate onboarding workflows, streamline steps, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and consistency.
\n• Travel up to 50% of the year with the ability to work some extended hours during transitions.
\nRequired Skills & Qualifications
\n• 1–3 years of experience in wealth management, onboarding, or employee experience roles
\n• Strong communication and technology skills
\n• High attention to detail and organizational excellence
\n• Ability to manage multiple onboarding cycles simultaneously
\n• Proficiency opening accounts
\n• Warm, approachable, and service‑oriented demeanor
\nPreferred Qualifications
\n• Experience developing onboarding programs or training materials
\n• Knowledge of compliance requirements related to hiring and onboarding
\n• Background in process documentation or workflow design
