Pay Range: $32/hr - $33/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 complex HR Operations cases, primarily related to US onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert for complex onboarding scenarios, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant resolutions.
• Analyze case trends, identify root causes, and recommend process or system improvements.
• Serve as a key subject matter expert for US I-9 processes and compliance, ensuring adherence to documentation standards and requirements.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR teams to address I-9-related matters and compliance risks.
• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Client HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and utilize the platform to manage complex HR cases.
• Provide operational support across Global Mobility and employee onboarding processes.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor HR Operations performance and compliance status.
• Independently manage targeted projects and process improvement initiatives from planning through execution.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 6–8 years of relevant HR Operations experience, preferably within a global organization.
• Strong hands-on experience with HR onboarding processes, particularly US onboarding, and expertise in US I-9 processes and compliance.
• Experience handling Tier 2/Tier 3 HR cases or equivalent complex HR operations escalations.
• Strong working knowledge of Client HRSD.
• Good understanding of Global Mobility processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics/reporting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage small-to-medium process improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting global HR operations.
• Familiarity with immigration or employment eligibility workflows.
• Experience participating in HR technology releases or user acceptance testing.
