What you will be doing
As an Onboarding Technician, you will be assisting the Support Operations Team in set-up and deployment of new equipment (laptops, desktops, etc.) for clients. The set-up will include installing new Windows OS and client software to ensure optimal performance. You will also be assisting the support team in completing hardware upgrades or resolving issues that require onsite support. You will work closely with our centralized Service desk and Onboarding teams in order to ensure successful delivery of requested services that exceed client expectations. This is an excellent position for someone with technical experience as well as customer service experience that wants to grow their career in IT. Some key activities in this role will include:
