- Education: PhD in Life Sciences (Oncology, Immunology, or Molecular Biology preferred).
- Experience: minimum 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare consulting, or equity research.
- Scientific Fluency: Ability to critically evaluate preclinical and clinical data
- Communication: Proven ability to synthesize key data and communicate effectively through PowerPoint presentation. Mandarin speaking is a plus.
- Self-motivated, strong organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $180,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills. While most offers typically fall within the low to mid-point of the range, we may extend an offer toward the higher end for exceptional candidates whose background and expertise
exceeds the requirements of the role.
