We’re seeking an Oncology Clinical Program Specialist, RN to help lead and advance oncology nursing practice across our organization. In this role, you’ll serve as a clinical expert and partner to nursing leadership—guiding evidence-based care, supporting frontline teams, and driving meaningful improvements in how we care for our patients. This is a highly collaborative role focused on education, mentorship, and continuous improvement within oncology care.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and support oncology nursing practice initiatives using evidence-based standards
  • Partner with nursing leadership to develop, implement, and refine clinical policies and care strategies
  • Educate, mentor, and coach nursing teams to strengthen clinical practice and patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and evaluate safe, cost-effective care models
  • Serve as a change agent, driving improvements in clinical practice across the health system

Who you are

  • Experienced RN with a strong background in oncology nursing
  • Skilled in evidence-based practice, education, and clinical program development
  • Comfortable leading change and influencing practice across teams and departments
  • Effective collaborator with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • National nursing certification required
