Fulton County Health Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Oncology team. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN will provide essential care to selected patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer routine services and assist in the care of oncology patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Perform all physical activities as required, including those listed on the generic or special unit credentialing inventory.
Engage in direct patient contact, providing compassionate care and support to oncology patients.
Licensure: Must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from the State of Ohio Board of Nursing.
Medication Administration: Must have proof of completion of a course in medication administration approved by the Board of Nursing of Ohio. Acceptable proof includes NAPNES card, OOPNE card, or Ohio Board of Nursing card.
Skills: Must be physically able to perform all required activities and have a preference for working directly with patients.
