Oncology Nurse Practitioner Boston Medical Center South - Brockton, MA
Boston Medical Center South (BMC South), a member of the Boston Medical Center Health System, is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our multidisciplinary oncology team. This role supports the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered cancer care in a community-based setting closely integrated with an academic medical center.
Position Summary The Oncology Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive care to adult oncology patients across the continuum, including outpatient clinic visits, symptom management, survivorship care, and coordination with medical oncology, infusion services, nursing, pharmacy, and ancillary teams. The ideal candidate will have prior oncology experience and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment serving a diverse patient population.

Compensation Range: $109,000.00 - $158,000.00
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
