What Youll Do:
- Provide specialized oncology nursing care for patients with varied acuities in a mixed-unit environment
- Manage patient treatments including IV starts, telemonitoring, and tracheostomy care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital policies
- Document patient progress accurately in EPIC electronic health records
- Support patients and families through education and compassionate care
- Work rotating shifts, including nights, with the flexibility to float within similar units
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in Ohio or valid compact license
- At least 2 years of RN experience
- EPIC electronic health record experience
- Current BCLS certification
- Strong skills in IV starts, telemetry, and tracheostomy management
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment
About the Assignment:
This role is based at a leading healthcare facility in Columbus, Ohio, providing high-quality cancer care in a fast-paced, mixed acuity environment. You will work a rotating 12-hour night schedule, initially starting in mid-July 2026. Supportive team and orientation ensure you are set up for success from day one.
