Credentialing Timeframe: Can grant privs quickly, typically 15 days

Job Details:
- Setting: Outpatient/Clinic Work
- Patient Volume: 12-14 patients per day
- Required Procedures: Standard Oncology position
- APP Support/Supervision: 10 RN’s, 2 RN Navigators, 1 PA/1 NP, 1 Social Worker, 2 LPN’s, 4 front desk, 1 patient Financial Advocate (Providers will not supervise APP’s, Provider will provide resident or teaching supervision)
- EMR: Epic
- Client Requirements: Board certified or Board eligible, Prefers licensed candidates but open to licensing
- Travel Accommodations: All travel is covered by the client
- Pay Rate: $2500-$3000 per day
- Bill Rate: (Range Quoted/Previous Client Rates) $3100-$3600
- Rate Restrictions:
- Name Clear Process: Name clear in Kimedics, Full Name, NPI, Email, Address and CV and in month/year format
- Sub Process: Guthrie Presentation form and signed background attestation
