  • Hospital Bed Size:  283
  • Trauma Level: Level  1
Reason For Coverage: Fulltime Coverage Needed
Dates & Required Availability: Fulltime, ASAP, ongoing. Would consider 3-4 days a week, 8 or 10 hour shifts, or 2 providers that can do 2 week block rotations
Shift & Call Details: Mon-Fri, 8:00-5:00, No Call, No OT
Credentialing Timeframe:  Can grant privs quickly, typically 15 days
Job Details:
  • Setting: Outpatient/Clinic Work
  • Patient Volume:  12-14 patients per day
  • Required Procedures:  Standard Oncology position
  • APP Support/Supervision:  10 RN’s, 2 RN Navigators, 1 PA/1 NP, 1 Social Worker, 2 LPN’s, 4 front desk, 1 patient Financial Advocate (Providers will not supervise APP’s, Provider will provide resident or teaching supervision)
  • EMR:  Epic
  • Client Requirements: Board certified or Board eligible, Prefers licensed candidates but open to licensing
  • Travel Accommodations: All travel is covered by the client
Additional Details:
  • Pay Rate: $2500-$3000 per day
  • Bill Rate: (Range Quoted/Previous Client Rates)   $3100-$3600
  • Rate Restrictions:

  • Sub Process: Guthrie Presentation form and signed background attestation
