Number of Beds: 16 Chairs
Patient Ratios: 4:1 Chairs at a time
Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : No unit secretaries or Tech
Type of equipment: Alaris Pumps
Documentation system: MediTech Expanse
Scheduling requirements: M-F clinic, no weekend and no major holidays
Floating policy: Can float to TCT Infusion (716 department) but would have orientation in 716 before floating
Patient Experience requirements: chemotherapy patient experience needed

Advanced skills needed:
Procedures performed on unit:
Able to access Port-A-Cath using sterile technique
Ability to obtain peripheral venous
Chemotherapy Administration
IV hydration and Electrolytes repletions
Ability to obtain Height, Weight, Vital signs
Draw labs using central venous catheter or peripherally
Certifications Required:
Chemo Certification by ONS provider
Dress Code: (Required uniform)
Solid Colored Scrubs – Navy, Lavender, Pink, Black, Teal
