Assisting Hands - Gulf Coast is seeking compassionate, dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team in Tampa FL! Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Maintain accurate care logs and documentation for each client visit
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all safety protocols

Requirements:

• Valid HHA certification or CNA license in the state of Florida
• Prior experience in home health, personal care, or a clinical setting preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Venice, FL area
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality care
