One-On-One Licensed Practical Nurse

• Competitive Compensation: Earn $25 - $38 per hour based on experience.
• Work Schedule: School-based schedule aligned with the CCSD academic calendar; hours determined by student assignment. May be considered for Extended School Year (ESY) assignments based on student needs and district approval.

• Job qualifications & certifications:
  • Current, unencumbered Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
  • Spanish-English bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Effective communication with supervising nurses and school staff
  • Ability to follow care plans and clinical protocols

• Deliver direct one-to-one nursing care to assigned students.
• Assist with health monitoring, treatments, and medication administration.
• Observe and document student condition and report changes to the supervising RN.
• Support implementation of individualized healthcare plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation.
• Comply with FERPA, HIPAA, and CCSD confidentiality standards.
• Follow district, school, and agency policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with school staff and special education teams.
