Position Overview:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides one-to-one nursing care to assigned students under the direction of a Registered Nurse and/or physician, supporting the student's health needs to enable safe access to educational services.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct one-to-one nursing care to assigned students
Assist with health monitoring, treatments, and medication administration
Observe and document student condition and report changes to the supervising RN
Support implementation of individualized healthcare plans
Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation
Comply with FERPA, HIPAA, and CCSD confidentiality standards
Follow district, school, and agency policies and procedures
Collaborate with school staff and special education teams
